For nearly 30 years, Scott Kline worked in institutional finance — helping organizations make long-term decisions with billions of dollars at stake. As an ALM leader at Nationwide, one of America's largest financial institutions, he provided strategic asset allocation solutions for portfolios exceeding $100 billion.
Every decision required the same thing: clarity, discipline, and alignment.
But over time, he began to notice something deeper.
Many leaders were succeeding externally while feeling misaligned internally.
He saw it in others. Eventually, he felt it himself.
